Built by people who've spent more than two decades solving problems inside fire protection companies.
We didn't set out to build another software tool. We set out to fix a problem we lived every day.
Between us, we've spent years inside fire protection operations — managing techs in the field, chasing down paperwork, toggling between disconnected tools for scheduling, inspections, billing, and customer communication. We've watched companies outgrow their software, overpay for bloated platforms that weren't built for them, and lose hours every week to manual processes that should have been automated years ago.
The legacy platforms want six-figure contracts and months of onboarding. The simple tools can't handle the complexity of a growing inspection business. And the generic field service software was never designed for how fire protection companies actually work. There was nothing in between — so we built it.
InspectSync is the culmination of more than a decade of listening to operators, controllers, estimators, and service managers across the fire protection industry. It's the platform we would have bought — if anyone had built it.
InspectSync is founder-led. When you reach out, you're talking to the people building the product.

Joey has spent over a decade building software inside the fire protection and life safety industry. In 2014, Convergint Technologies engaged Joey and his team to design and build a global estimating platform. Within two years of launch, the system supported more than 1,200 users across multiple tax jurisdictions, currencies, and languages, helping scale quoting operations during a period of rapid company growth from $680M to $1.2B in revenue.
After that engagement transitioned in-house, fire protection companies began reaching out with similar challenges. Recognizing a consistent gap in estimating and operational efficiency across the industry, Joey founded TOPQuote — a SaaS estimating platform purpose-built for fire protection. Since its launch, TOPQuote has supported industry leaders including Summit Fire & Security, Summit Fire & Protection, Pye Barker, and numerous regional and local providers.
InspectSync is the culmination of more than a decade of listening to operators, controllers, estimators, and service managers across the fire protection industry — built to unify inspections, quoting, and operations into one modern system designed specifically for how fire protection companies actually work.

InspectSync is the modern operating system for fire protection companies.
We know what it feels like to watch a good team struggle with bad tools. Inspection opens the door, but the real value is in everything that happens around it — quoting, CRM, billing, inventory, time tracking, fleet, contracts, and support. When those systems are disconnected, your team wastes hours every week on manual handoffs that shouldn't exist. When they're connected, your people get to focus on the work they're good at — and your business runs the way you always knew it could.
We built InspectSync to be lean, rationally priced, and free of the legacy overhead that makes enterprise software feel like a punishment. We don't charge for complexity we created — we charge for value we deliver. Seven modules, three apps, one price. Everything included.
Modern architecture, clean design, and only the features that matter. No legacy cruft. No features you'll never use cluttering your screen.
Every feature is informed by real field experience — from operators, controllers, estimators, and service managers who trust us with their workflows.
You'll talk to the people building the product. We're not hiding behind a sales team. Your feedback goes directly to the people writing the code.
We built InspectSync for the companies in the middle — 5 to 50 technicians, $1M to $15M in revenue — the ones growing fast enough to need real systems, but not so large that they can afford a six-figure platform and a full-time IT team to run it. You're juggling legacy inspection software, QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and a half-dozen other tools that don't talk to each other. You know there's a better way. You just haven't found it yet.
If you're tired of overpaying for platforms that weren't built for your industry, or if you've outgrown the basic tools that got you started and you're ready for something that actually fits — InspectSync was built for you.
We'll learn about your workflow first, then show you exactly how InspectSync fits. No slides. No generic demo. No credit card. Just an honest conversation about whether we're the right fit for your business.
