Payment Information: Billing details necessary to process subscription payments. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

You retain full ownership of all Customer Data you enter into our platform. We do not claim ownership of your data. We process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services in accordance with our agreement with you.

Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of your Customer Data. We will make your data available in a standard, portable format within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Text Messaging (SMS)

InspectSync offers text messaging for account security. If you opt in, we send one-time passcodes and two-factor authentication codes to the mobile number you provide.

12.1 How You Opt In

Consent is collected on our account sign-up form, where you enter your mobile number and check a box that is unchecked by default. The checkbox states that you agree to receive one-time passcodes and two-factor authentication text messages from InspectSync at the number you entered. Consent is not a condition of creating an account or of purchasing anything — you may always receive your codes by email instead.

12.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your sign-in activity. You receive a message only when a passcode is requested for your account.

12.3 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.

12.4 How We Use and Share Mobile Numbers

Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are not sold, rented, or transferred for any marketing purpose. Numbers are disclosed only to the telecommunications and messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf, and those providers may use them solely to transmit the message. Consent to receive text messages is collected for InspectSync authentication messages only and is never shared with or transferred to any other party or campaign.

12.5 Opting Out and Getting Help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further texts to that number. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us using the details in Section 14, for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your account — passcodes revert to email delivery.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice via email or within the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
