Know what today is before the phone starts ringing.

You are six technicians, two vans and one person in the office. The day starts with a text thread, a whiteboard, an inbox full of approvals and a question you cannot answer fast: what is actually due today?

Where the day goes now

  • The schedule is on a whiteboard, the inspection due list is in a spreadsheet, the approvals are in email. Nobody sees all three at once.
  • A technician calls at 7:40 asking where they are going. The office manager is the only one who knows, and they are on the other line.
  • Quotes and PTO requests sit waiting on you for days because there is no one place that shows what is waiting on you.
  • The same PDF, the same form, the same price sheet gets texted to the field every week because nobody knows where the current copy lives.

What Home changes

  • One dashboard for the day. Scheduled and completed jobs, scheduled and completed tasks, and a Today list filtered by status and priority, on the first page every person in the company opens.
  • My Week and My Work. Each person sees their own week on a calendar, their own jobs, their own tasks and the approvals waiting on them. Nothing waits in an inbox.
  • A Library the field can reach. Forms, price sheets and reference documents published once to named people and opened from the field app, so the texting stops.
  • Support in the product. Feature suggestions, feedback, bug reports with screenshots and concierge requests go straight to us from the page the person is on.

The dashboard and My Week

The dashboard counts the jobs and tasks scheduled and completed, each card opening the list behind it, and shows a Today list whose status and priority filters are remembered between visits. My Week is a calendar of the week with previous, next and current, filtered by job status, priority and attribute and by task status.

My Work

My Tasks and My Jobs list what is assigned to the signed-in person. My Approvals holds the quotes submitted for review and the other decisions waiting on them. The Library shows the folders the person has been granted, read-only, and the same folders appear on the Library tab of the field app.

Around the page

  • Search. The search box in the top bar finds customers, buildings, contacts, jobs, project quotes, service quotes and invoices, limited to the modules the person has access to.
  • Recents. A strip of the records the person opened most recently, per module, so the building they were just on is one click away.
  • Notifications. In-product notifications with an unread badge, and platform announcements that are shown until acknowledged.
  • AI Assistant. A question box in the top bar that answers about the system and the company's data.
  • Team Chat. Conversations with attachments between the office and the field, also in the field app.
  • InspectSync University. The help library, with an About page behind the information icon on every sidebar section.
  • My Profile. Name, title, email, mobile and time zone, and the preferences that control things like whether the person receives The Week email.

Bottom line

The first half hour of every day stops being a round of phone calls. Across a six-person crew that is time given back every morning.
